Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or new launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to : weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above 699.

  • Shipping charge of INR 150 applies on orders below 699. 

 

  • INR 99 shipping charges apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email and/or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order may be returned to us and we will have to deduct the shipping charges and refund the remaining amount.
