Refund policy

At Velora Lifestyle, we want you to love your pieces. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on items that are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. To start a return, email us at support@veloralifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Personalised or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. As our pieces are valuable, we strongly recommend using an insured and tracked service; Velora Lifestyle is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.

 

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.
